Job Summary

To develop compelling marketing concept based on customer requirements for strategic content that drive value for the brand offline and online.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop content concept and strategies based on data-driven insights for brands’ campaigns
2. Create, edit content and manage content distribution across all channels including social media (Facebook, instagram), WhatsApp, PR related content to ensure a cohesive brand voice
3. To create optimized content for website to generate traffic and drive subscribers
4. To develop email marketing strategy, plan and execute email content to drive engagement and conversion of subscribers
5. Create compelling ad copies with systematic A/B test to improve ROAS
6. Collaborate with customers and company to create content suited for its purpose
7. Monitor and continue to improve content marketing key performance index to ensure the effectiveness of content
8. Stay updated on industry and consumer trends and adjust the content strategy as needed
9. Tracking competitors to be inspired for innovation

Requirements:-

1. Possess a Diploma / Degree in Journalism, English or Marketing or any other equivalent qualification
2. Preferably with at 2 years of working experience in related field (But fresh grad are encouraged to apply)
3. High level of creativity plus interest in marketing and understanding of customer behavior.
4. Good written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English (Proficient in Mandarin is added advantage
5. Computer literate – Microsoft Office Application, knowledge in HTML, Adobe Photoshop & basic SEO understanding
6. Analytical skills & good eye for detail
7. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
8. Strong team player who committed to meeting tight deadlines with a strong growth mindset.
